utra66 Platform Use

1. Definitions

In this terms and conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "utra66" — refers to the website utra66.org, including all services, games, user accounts and features offered.
• "User" or "Member" — an individual who has registered an account and uses the utra66 platform.
• "Real Money" — funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) deposited by a user into their utra66 account.
• "Bonus Balance" — free credits awarded to users through promotions that cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement is met.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn.

2. User Eligibility

Use of the utra66 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following requirements cumulatively:

• Acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party or legal entity.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one account at utra66. Holding more than one account — whether directly or indirectly — is a serious breach of terms and will result in the closure of all related accounts.

During registration, users are required to provide complete, accurate and current information including their full name as per their identity card (MyKad or passport), an active mobile number, a valid email address, and their exact date of birth.

Users are fully responsible for the security of their password and login credentials. utra66 recommends that users:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not share login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Contact utra66 support immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

utra66 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Available methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Transaction limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour after the request is approved.

utra66 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request while awaiting necessary compliance checks, including identity verification and review of unusual activity. Users will be contacted via email or live chat if additional information is required.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

utra66 offers various incentives to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is issued.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement applied is 25x the bonus amount received.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM3,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM4,700 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500

VIP Programme: utra66 runs a loyalty programme with four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP tier upgrades are based on user activity and loyalty over time. utra66 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Game Rules

All games available at utra66 — including slot, live casino, sports betting, baccarat, roulette, blackjack and sic bo — are conducted in accordance with their respective established game rules. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

utra66 is not responsible for any errors or decisions made by users as a result of misunderstanding the game rules. In situations where a technical disruption occurs during a game session, utra66 reserves the right to cancel or restore the affected rounds in accordance with the platform's internal policies.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the utra66 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other methods to manipulate games or systems.
• Cooperating with other users to cheat in games (collusion).
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Using funds obtained illegally or conducting money laundering activities.
• Registering or managing an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Treating support staff or other users in a disrespectful or threatening manner.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate action including suspension or closure of the account, and forfeiture of all existing balances.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

utra66 collects and processes users' personal information in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy. By registering an account, users give utra66 consent to process their personal data for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, identity verification and service communications.

utra66 will not sell or transfer users' personal data to third parties without consent, except where required by law or a competent authority.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting utra66 support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all real money balances eligible for withdrawal will be returned to the user subject to the required checks.

utra66 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud or illegal activity.
• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity within the specified period.
• Request from a competent authority.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by technical issues or force majeure.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access by third parties to a user's account.

utra66's total liability to any user under any circumstances will not exceed the amount of real money deposits that have not been withdrawn from the relevant account.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

utra66 operates under a recognised international licence. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the legal provisions of the relevant licensing authority. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established by that licensing authority.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling activities complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their location.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

utra66 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on this page with a clear effective date. Users will be notified of material changes via notifications within the platform or to their registered email.

Continued use of the utra66 platform after the effective date of an amendment is considered acceptance of the amended terms by the user. If a user does not agree with the amendments made, they are advised to close their account before the effective date of the amendment.
